Bill Tedder was hired in the first part of 1966 and served briefly as the DC-7 chief pilot. At that time he lived in New Milford Connecticut. He probably left for Air America in late 1966 or 1967.

It´s interesting that when the Shriners
went to San Fransisco they flew ONA.
Was he the reason?
Captain Bill Tedder, 5´11´´, 180 lbs., 36 years old.
In 15,200 flying hours, Bill´s handled everything
from combat fighters to the newest jet airliners.
He´s one of ONA´s multi-million-mile pilots
who have skippered planes to just about every
major city in the world.
Or was the reason our fleet of the newest jets?
Or was it our food? Or our stewardesses -
over 100 of the most beautiful and helpful
girls in the air?
Or the great way we handle charter groups?
The way ONA does it, you´d think it is all we do.
It is. Ask your travel agent.
